• Robert Green, Director of B2B Products

  

  As the lead executive in charge of product management for B2B products, Robert helps drive corporate strategy relative to Auctiva.com and Auctiva Commerce. He works closely with the product managers, design and communications managers and the engineering teams to help define product roadmaps and ensure the efficient and successful execution of projects. A native of the San Joaquin Valley and a graduate of California State University, Chico, with a Communications degree, Robert loves technology, politics, music and the Los Angeles Lakers. He has been an eBay seller for more than 10 years, and has been both a PowerSeller and a Top-rated seller.

  
  

• Rebecca Miller, Auctiva.com Product Manager

  

  Rebecca is responsible for planning and researching new product features for Auctiva.com. As an eBay seller of more than 12 years, Rebecca is tuned in to the needs of online sellers. She coordinates the efforts of Auctiva.com development, design, QA and customer support, serves as a liaison to eBay's Certified Provider program, and is an internal advocate for Auctiva's customers. Prior to joining Auctiva in 2008, Rebecca worked for a non-profit organization that developed science-based curriculum for K-12 education.

• Joe Mitchell, Sr. Development Manager

  

  Since joining Auctiva in 2004, Joe has performed a variety of technical and managerial roles. As Sr. Development Manager, he is responsible for planning and coordinating software engineering efforts across the Auctiva.com site, and oversees the daily operations of the engineering and QA staffs. Joe has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from California State University, Chico.

• Shawn Crossley, Development Manager

  

  Shawn helps manage the Auctiva.com development teams, which work to keep the site running smoothly behind the scenes, while also staying up to date with continuous eBay changes and rolling out new customer-driven features. In more than 13 years in software development, Shawn has performed a variety of development and managerial roles. He joined the Auctiva team in 2009.

• Chrystal Jaeger, Design Manager

  

  Chrystal creates, coordinates and oversees all of Auctiva's graphic and user-interface design. Her 13 years in the design field include a stint as owner and principal of a graphic-design business. Chrystal has a BA in Design Communication from University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. She joined the Auctiva team in 2006.

• Michael Davies, Customer Support Manager

  

  Mike oversees Customer Support for all of Auctiva's products and is a frequent contributor to the company's Community Forum. As the host of weekly Auctiva 101 Webinars, Mike shares his thorough knowledge of Auctiva.com to help customers best utilize the site's features. He has been part of the Auctiva team since 2005.
