Like many of my fellow eBay store and business owners I am a ONE woman operation. As much as I would love to email each buyer, personally, on thanking them for their purchase, on receiving their payment, or on when their item has gone postal, I cannot. Unless I am paying for premium eBay store services, which cost a lot of money, I do not get the privilege of 'automated emails' sent to all my buyers, telling them their payment was received, or when to expect their item to get posted. I simply can't do it myself, because I don't have the time. I spend most of each day, maintaining my eBay store, as well as packing, and shipping every item, myself. It is not a reflection on how I feel about you personally it is just the nature of the business. I make every effort to mail out your item within 1 business day, but this could be impossible if it is a crafted item that requires drying time and set up time. If you do request a sample of the label that you may need please give me a few days to set this up as I do it on a one on one basis.

Shipping:
I accept all PayPal orders. I cannot accept personal checks, cash or postal money orders. See listed shipping charges. I will make every effort to combine purchases if you choose to save you on shipping! All my items are shipped from Canada. Please allow enough time for shipping and can take a few days longer due to Customs and Canada Post. This auction is only for serious bidders. Please do not bid if you don't intend to pay. Payment is expected within 7 days of auction close. If no communication is received at all, an appropriate feedback will be left.

I want to make purchasing on the Internet as easy and comfortable as possible. 100% customer satisfaction is our goal for all my customers. On rare occasions and despite my best efforts, an item might turn out to be defective. In the very unlikely event you receive a defective product I ask you to remember that I do not manufacture these products, I simply market. With that in mind, I will do whatever it takes to help you achieve 100% satisfaction.
Refunds are issued an average of 7 business days after the checking in of your returned product. After I issue the refund, it is up to your bank to post the credit on your account in a timely manner, PayPal credits take 24 hours or less in most cases.
