Strings, as well as most other small items, always ship for free (please check each individual listing). For larger items we we try to keep the fees as close to actual shipping fees as possible.

Our policy on quality assurance is quite simple - if it's not right we'll make it right. If you have a problem with anything that you buy from us, just let us know and we'll make it right.
Our return policy is officially that you may return anything no questions asked within 14 days of purchase. Just ship it back to us and we'll refund your money or exchange it - what ever it takes to make it right. We also offer a 90 day warrantee on defective items.
