Usually we ship same day if payment has been made by 2pm eastern time. All orders paid after 2pm, will ship next business day. If you buy after 2pm eastern on Friday your bat will ship the following Monday morning. We use UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
Policies:
We will accept a return on any item within 7 business days. All products must be returned in the original condition, unused, in the original wrapper or original boxes, with all parts and accessories along with the paperwork to ensure full credit. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Additional Fees may apply if the item is returned used, damaged or in a condition where we are unable to sell it again as a new item. For your protection, we recommend that you use FedEx or UPS only with signature proof of delivery for your return.
