Super cute hand-carved wood kneeling rabbit holding a red celluloid fishing pole over an apple-juice Bakelite fish bowl with little red painted fish swimming around inside the fish bowl! Signed Frank Frazetta Lithograph!

You can bet my hands were shaking when I bought this lithograph at a local estate sale recently. Research online shows that these signed vintage lithographs can go for multiple thousands of dollars up to tens of thousands for super rare items, see FrankFrazetta.com for some examples. This lithograph was purchased at auction by the previous owner from Butterfield and Butterfield Auction house in Los Angeles several years ago. It has a minimalist silvertone aluminum over wood frame with plexiglass instead of regular glass. It measures 23" by 17" for the lithography, and 31" by 23.5" with the frame. The lithograph is held in place by little triangular corners which it slips in and out of easily, but there are a couple small pieces of tape near the top holding the whole thing in place which I haven't removed. Printed on textured heavy paper, possibly silk paper. Signed in the plate, and hand-signed "Frank Frazetta" also. No indication of size of the edition, but these were often under a hundred, at most just a few hundred. Amazing condition, with just some fine light scratches to the plexiglass that don't detract one bit! -

Wow! This is one of the nicest chandeliers I've ever had for sale!
Completely covered in acanthus leaf decoration, and entirely made of solid brass construction that has been gilded ie similar to gold-plating but much thicker and lasts a LOT longer. This is an antique chandelier from Sweden. The elderly Swedish gentleman that I bought it from told me he brought it over from Sweden himself, and before that it had hung in his family's home back in Sweden. The construction is the best! Solid and heavy!
I am no expert in wiring or restorations of antique lighting, and I am selling this item AS-IS with no returns. However, I must say everything looks to be in superlative condition, with no frayed or damaged wires that I can see. Also, the metal looks superb with it's antique patina intact. However, there is dirt and residue present, but I am leaving it up to the new owner to decide how much to clean it. Also, there is one light socket cover missing, as shown in my photos, but this is easily replaced at any antique lighting supply store, or you could even make one yourself as it's only a cardboard tube with applied silk cord wrapped around it.
Measures 22" tall by 21" in diameter, eight light sockets. Really a treasure, and priced to sell, so don't hesitate! Look online elsewhere to find out what these antique fixtures of quality go for at any high-end store!

These solje brooches were traditional in Norway as wedding jewelry. This particular one by Marius Hammer of Bergen, Norway is an exceptionally large and fine example with intricate and delicately lacy wire work and was made around 1900 to 1910. The workshop of Marius Hammer, in operation from about 1890 to 1927, is renowned throughout the world for it's fine craftsmanship and exceptional design, and is much sought-after by today's collector. Another similar though smaller example, but with enamel, is currently listed on an antiques website for $1500. -

Hi All, Not sure who's reading this, but I have for sale here a set of four nature motif wall-hanging porcelain plates by Nymolle of Denmark, that are in MINT condition, and thoroughly marked on the reverse. I've included pictures of all four plates and their backsides. Each is 8.5 inches in diameter, and all are in perfect shape. Anyone who loves birds, nature, the drawings of Audobon, or anything related will LOVE these plates. They seem to have a Japanese influence, and will look wonderful just about anywhere because they are neutral in color and tone. Not sure of the exact age of these plates, but they came from the estate of an 80 year old woman, so probably at least from the 50s or 60s, I'd guess. Thanks for taking a peek! Best, Patrick -
