Shipping:
Rock Bottom Galaxy ships on Tuesdays & Thursdays. Once a shipping label is printed you will receive a shipping confirmation email. The tracking link may or may not be 'LIVE' when you click on it due to a delay between printing the label and an actual person scanning the item at the courier facility.
Please allow 7-14 days for delivery of your package.
As we are not responsible for delivery times, please be patient and understanding.

Rock Bottom Galaxy offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, unless stated otherwise in the listing of a product.
The buyer is responsible for contacting Rock Bottom Galaxy before the end of the 30th day of purchase, not delivery, to arrange for a refund.
The customer will be charged a 15% Restocking Fee for EACH item returned and will be responible for all S&H charges to send product back in UNUSED and UNOPENED condition.
We recommend you refuse the item at delivery to offset the return S&H fees.
Insurance costs can not be refunded.
After all items are received by Rock Bottom Galaxy and accounted for, we will issue you a refund minus S&H and minus 15% for each item purchased.
