If there is not a local pick-up option present at checkout, please contact us directly after the auction, and we will manually adjust your invoice. We also offer a local delivery service for your large or bulky purchases. Let us bring it to you! If you live within a 25 mile radius of Columbus, Ohio: We will Deliver it locally for a fee of just $25.

    Shipping:
    We will pack your items with care. We use quality boxes and cushioning materials to pack our items. Our goal is to keep your shipping & handling cost as low as possible consistent with quality materials and skilled packing. To protect both the buyer and the seller, we do require insurance on all Antiques, breakables, and rare items. Multiple item purchases will be combined into a single invoice at checkout when requested. We reserve the right to manually adjust the quoted shipping cost on multiple item orders where the resulting package becomes oversized and may require additional handling or additional insurance fees.
    Policies:
    Return policy All our items are sold on an As Photographed and Described basis. Returns are only accepted in cases where we determine that an item's authenticity or physical condition was not substantially correct based upon a reasonable reading of the description, in conjunction with the supplied photographs. Any discrepancies must be reported within three days of receipt of the item. Returns for any other reason will not be accepted. If you have a question about the authenticity or physical condition of a particular lot beyond what is described and photographed, please email us before placing your bid. We do keep ample photos on file and will provide additional photos at your request. Emails are answered promptly.
