- My name is Cindy, I have been sewing for +28 years. I take great pride in my work, you will not get a sloppy made hat.
- All my fabrics are washed and pre-shrunk before I even cut the hat out. This is so its not going to shrink on you after a wash.
- I use the best fabrics that I can find.
- All my seams are serged with a serger for extra durability.
- I do not do mass productions, so each item that I sell is made to order.

- Shipping:
- I ship all items using USPS. If it is in the US, it will be shipped first class mail. Outside US is shipped global priority.
- Policies:
- I will only offer a refund if the hat has not been worn. Because I will not sell it again. All returns must be returned within 3 days.
