Shipping:
For bank transfers, confirmed Paypal payments and postal orders: I will endeavour to post your item the working day following payment. Occasionally it will be up to 2 days after payment. If it is ESSENTIAL that the item is posted within 24 hours, please contact me before purchasing to ensure that I am able to do that for you - I would rather NOT make the sale than have a disappointed customer.
For cheques: I will post your item as soon as my bank verifies that the cheque has cleared - normally, that will be 1 or 2 days after the cheque shows as being applied to your account.
For Paypal payments with unconfirmed addresses: as this is the greatest risk of fraud through Paypal, I will post the item 5 working days after receiving payment. This will allow some (sadly not all) fraudulant payments to be highlighted and reversed before goods are issued
I will NOT ship to any African or South East Asian country - sincere apologies if that inconveniences a genuine buyer
Policies:
All our items can be returned for a full refund for any reason whatsoever - we want to be sure you are happy with your purchase! If there was an error in the listing, then that refund will also include your postage costs.
Items must be returned within 7 days and must be in the same condition as they were sent, including all tags, boxes, warranty cards and manuals. Items must not show any signs of wear or damage (for any pre-owned items, naturally that means not any more than there was to start with!).
