We try very hard to bring you 5 star service. If you feel you have recieved less than that, please send me an email to let me know.
Most of my items are Nwt, they are shelf pulls or overstocks. They may or may not have a minor flaw, if they do it will be noted in the auction.
I also sell a few items that are Nwot or New with a Nordstrom tag. These are items that were set to be or were altered and never picked up. Some are store returns, that may or may not have been worn, I will always try to note of it appears to be worn.
I also do some consignment on used clothes once in a while, so you may see som items that are used and are a great value.
What ever the product I try to list the item honest and accurately. If you feel you have an issue with any item you ahve purchased from me, please give me the chance to make it right before leaving fb.

Shipping:
All items are shipped with DC and insurance. Any overpayment of shipping of $1 or more will be refunded. All US items will ship priority mail. International orders will ship USPS Express.
Policies:
I don't accept returns so please compare measurements listed to ensure an accurate fit. Refunds will only be given if I missrepresented in anyway. Thanks
