Kakadu Australia has been making rugged canvas outdoor clothing for nearly 40 years and now they've used the same style and material for makeing rugged yet stylish bags for both men and women. I fell in love with these bags when I saw them at market about 6 months ago. I'm now able to bring a few of them to my store and with time will build the inventory. These bags are pretty manly but a few are made for women with that same rugged style. The canvas is very durable and well suited for our casual American life style. I will be carrying one myself. The Kakadu bags are made of heavy weight canvas with leather trim and brass hardware. The only velcro you'll find in these bags in on the inside of some of the styles. All the closures are buckles and heavy duty snaps. The clips on the removable shoulder straps are large and easy to use. There are multiple pockets for organization and closures for security. Most of the bags have removable, adjustable shoulder straps. I'd say this brand of bag is ideal for traveling the world!
