Items will usually ship within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment. We offer free shipping within the continental USA on select listings.
Policies:
Defective Merchandise: Any defective merchandise is subject to the terms and conditions as set forth by each manufacturer and their respective limited warranty. The manufacturer’s warranty is in full effect once the product leaves the warehouse and is accepted by the customer. If an item is defective contact the manufacturer for a replacement. Returns: You must contact us within 10 days of the order receipt to initiate a return and request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Returns must be received in the original brand new, unused, factory fresh condition with all packaging and components included with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box. Any returns received requiring replacement of any packaging shall be charged a re-boxing fee of up to $15. The customer must pay the return shipping.
