Shipping:
Everything that you see listed in our ebay store is in stock at our own warehouse in South Los Angeles, CA. Shipping time is usually same to next day. However, in some rare cases we might be in the middle of rebuilding and testing products that you ordered and might need an extra day to ship it.

Core policy:
Only cores originated from the sale of a VAPEX remanufactured units may be returned for core credit.
All cores must be returned in the box. Unboxed cores will be credited at $1.00 each.
Limited Warranty:
All units are warranted to be free of defects in the material and workmanship for a period of 12 months or 12,000 miles; which ever comes first.
Warranty returns missing parts will receive core credit only less deductions that apply.
Returns:
All returns must be approved and have an RGA# to be accepted. Please contact us ahead of time before attempting any returns. All approved returns are handled quickly as well as any refunds that are expected.

Tax Information:
We must collect tax on all orders processed and shipped within California. We will apply a tax rate of 7.75% to all purchases made and shipped to a California address.
