Shipping:
Items will be shipped via USPS or UPS.
We ship all items on Next Business Day following receipt of payment.
A USPS delivery confirmation number or UPS tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as it is available. A signature is required on all orders over $100.
UPS does not ship to APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses. A physical street address will be required for UPS shipments.
Note to Pay Pal users: Items can only be shipped to your Pay Pal CONFIRMED address. Please don't ask us to ship to a non confirmed address. Your request will be denied. For information on how to confirm your address, please contact Pay Pal at 1-888-221-1161.
Policies:
Items are sold AS IS.All sales are final unless item is significantly not as described.In the event the buyer is still not satisfied with the item we will accept a return but a restocking fee of 15% will be applied to the final bid price.Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.Failure to read the description is not adequate reason for a full refund.Any returned item has to be in its original condition or a 30% damaged return item fee will be applied.Significantly damaged items will not be accepted for return.Damaged during shipping requires that the damage has to be reported within 5 days of receiving the item.Failure to report the damage within the 5 day period will not be accepted.In the event of damage during shipping sometimes the shipping company does not work quickly and may take as long as 2 weeks for the claim to go through.All damaged during shipping claims will be refunded only when the shipping company approves the payment of the claim.
