International shipments are shipped either USPS Priority or 1st Class (under 4 pounds), at the preference of the customer.
Shipping times vary, but most domestic shipments are delivered within 2 to 5 days, depending on the Service or timeliness of the postal service.
International shipments usually take approx. 2 weeks, again depending on the postal service.

All refunds are given as exchange only, unless there is an error in the listing or it has been mislisted. In those cases a money back refund will be given.
