Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt of your payment.
We use EMS as our preferred international courier http://ems.sapo.co.za
To facilitate early delivery of parcels to their destinations, buyers are advised to provide correct and precise physical addresses such as house numbers, street names, telephone numbers and suburbs.
Each parcel is issued a unique tracking number once dispatched; keeping you informed of your parcel’s whereabouts every step of the way.
Average delivery time for international shipments is 3-5 days.
Shipping insurance is available as an optional extra.
Policies:
All Items sold by us are BRAND NEW AND FACTORY SEALED. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and identify any defects upon delivery we will happily exchange the item for you. Items must be returned within 7 days from the day of delivery. You may return new and undamaged items only and in their original box/packaging.
The purchaser will be liable for return shipping costs.
Items that are Not Returnable: Any item that has obvious signs of use or damage. Products must be inspected prior to installation - installation of a product means its acceptance. Products once installed cannot be returned.
