Postage is always recorded delivery, next day special delivery, or, if there is a heavy item, by 24 or 48 hour courier.
Policies:
We accept returned items only if the item in not as described (highly unlikely) or if the item is broken & correctly insured by the buyer. Correct insurance is usually included in the postage but sometimes buyers may not want to pay extra, in these cases, the buyer takes responsibility for loss or damage in the post.
