Our Business Policies and Services
Shipping:
All purchases will be shipped using USPS Priority mail. We are pleased to offer discounted shipping on multiple
items. If you are purchases multiple items within 5 days, please do not checkout until all items are purchased.
If your checkout is completed by 12 pm, the item will be shipped same day. For all purcheses paid for after 12 pm,
we will ship the next day. All items will be packaged to ensure no damage will occur during the shipping process.
Policies:
Please keep in mind the majority of our items are shelf pulls from high-end retailers. These items have been in both a
retail and warehouse environment, and may show slight signs of wear similar to what you would find on a retail sales floor.
Buy It Now Purchases
We are happy to offer a store credit on any items purchased as Buy It Now. Please notify us within 3 days of receipt
and a return authorization will be sent to you via e-mail. Items must be returned in original condition with tags still
attached. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Auction Purchases
All items won by auction are considered a final sale. Please check sizing information prior to bidding as this is not a
valid reason for return on auction items. The only exception to this policy is if there was a gross misrepresentation
in the listing.
