Shipping:
Items are shipped through USPS. I The ad will state if insurance is included. Usually breakable and expensive items if expensive, should be insured. Once I ship the item it is out of my control if it gets lost or damaged and I can’t be held responsible. I will mail you the receipt to confirm I sent you the item/items. For breakable items, I do pack well and use bubble wrap.
Policies:
We try to describe the item to the best of our knowledge and in most cases no refunds will be made. Unless the item was desrcibed wrong. Please email us with any questions about an item you have before purchasing it. We will be more then glad to help you. Email us ASAP if there is an issue and we will try to rectify the problem if it was caused by us.
