My philosophy is to just do the right thing. Not because you may get caught or because it may make you look bad, but because it is the right thing to do. I always leave feedback.
If anybody who reads this ever does business with me you will find out three quick things.
1). If I make a mistake, I admit it and move on. Life is too short to fuss about trivia. I screw up all the time. I think it matters what you do about it more than the fact that you screwed up in the first place. Just how I think. Mama said "What you do in the dark, will be exposed in the light". Like a lot of what she said, she's usually right.
2). I ship it (if I possibly can) within 3 business days or when payment has cleared and I can get to the funds. Seems like that is the right thing to do.
3). When I make a commitment , I stick to it. If I tell you something verbally , you can bank on it. Word is as good as paper, maybe better. After all, without your word, what are you worth?
Last year I lost my job, my computer and my internet connection. As a result some sales were not completed on half.com , as I forgot they were still active. Everyone involved had their money refunded but I know I disappointed some people. I learned a valuable lesson and will never let it happen again.

Please read the entire listing. There are NO RETURNS unless I sell an item to you D.O.A. (Dead on Arrival). Nothing is shipped until payment is made. A verified address is required to buy this item. Items are shipped as indicated in the payment details provided by you at time of checkout. Our default shipping method is USPS. First Class mail sent by USPS never includes tracking information. Parcel Post shipments are generally the least expensive shipping, however it is also the slowest shipping and can take four (4) weeks or more to arrive depending on the location shipped to.

Returns are accepted for products that are DOA (Dead On Arrival) only. Refunds through PayPal only. You must return the product within 7 days before any refund is processed and a return must be authorized.Refunds are made less S&H and PayPal fees and is made as cash back. Unless DOA, buyer pays the return shipping cost. Returns must be sent back in the box it was shipped in. DOA items are fully refunded.
