I apologize for all the boring legal wordings, instructions, measurements and sizes but there is a lady now, fighting to keep her store open because one customer left her a negative feedback that says "thought the bead would be bigger" and although she had measurements in her listing, she is now shut down until she brings her rating back up, which is hard to do if Ebay doesn't list your listings in their search engine!

So, I give you too much information so this doesn't happen to me.

Please reserve leaving any "N" feedback, neutral or negative for those ebayers that lie, steal, misrepresent, disrespect and treat you poorly. "N" feedbacks aren't deserving for those that work hard to please you, treats you respectfully and kindly, sell you what is honestly listed and simply made a human mistake and then rectifies it for you.

One seller is no longer able to sell because a buyer left several negative feedbacks stating she loved and enjoyed the product but the beads were not stamped with .925 silver! oh my gosh, the seller stated it was "Bali silver" over and over in all the listings. Silvers and/or golds that are Bali, German, Tibetan and the like are NOT required to declare the silver or gold content! The laws clearly state this and yet, because this buyer was uninformed, a very good beader and seller lost her store!
