Crazy Men is Michael Roden's art brut / "ugly art" series that began in 1982. Roden has recently begun publishing again, much to my own enjoyment, and #10 contains work by Tom Brinkmann (who did the cover), Andy Nukes, Brad Foster, Bob "X", Jim Thompson, Mike Mitchell, Arrington De Dionyso and Roden himself.
