A quick word about feedback and the new policies that will put many small sellers out of business. I am small, meaning I sell less than 1000.00 per month. IF I get ONE Neg or Neutral feedback, ebay will allow me to list my items, they will even take my monies/fees but they will NOT put my items into their search engine, therefore buyers cannot find me or my items in a search! The only way to find my items is with a direct link into my store. You could not search Kathy's Beaded Blessings, lanyards, beaded lanyards, etc to find me.
So consider your "N" feedbacks very carefully before you leave one, it is very detrimental and I believe they should be reserved for those that with intent and purpose try to rip you off, treat you disrespectfully and/or do not do their jobs or hold up to their responsibilities.
One lady is fighting to keep her store open because a buyer left a Neg and "I thought the beads were bigger". The seller had the measurements in her listings. Ebay claims it is her opinion and there is no wrong in the feedback. What else could the seller do? She listed it properly and that buyer destroyed this persons livelihood and selling abilities until she brings her rating back up. Without being able to search her store, she can't sell and therefore how does she bring her rating back up? That was more than one word. If you are still reading, thank you.
