Hundreds of beads which I believe are plastic or are really crappy glass :)

This has never been worn, only tried on and was too snug for my 22" head. Instructions stated that it will lay down on the head better after wearing it a while and warming it up. It fit the foam head very well which is 18" around. Probably a child's head. Please measure the head you are intending it for, I don't want it returned because it didn't fit. In fact, no returns on this item, so be sure you want it and that it is the size you need.

I cannot warrant this item as I wouldn't know how to fix it. It is very well made, woven very well, nice and tight. I do not believe it will fall apart on you, unless you wear it too tight.
