This lanyard measures 19" from heart toggle clasp to lanyard clip. Quite feminine are the mother of pearl flowers. I think most people would use these as a pendant, but my goodness, look how pretty they are! I added genuine pink chalcedony, white beads with pink ribbons, very sparkly aurora borealis pink crystals, white jade and angels.

Charms include: 1 heart with the wording " Together we can make a difference" and the pink ribbon logo engraved on one side. The other side is left blank so you can engrave something special, a name, a memory, etc on it.

1 pink ribbon, base metal with pink enamel

1 poofy heart and a high heel with a pink bow, to remind us that no matter what cancer takes from us, we are still a special woman and we can use these heels to kick the crapola out of cancer!!!

Use this lanyard as a reminder to check your breasts, check your wives breasts, remind your daughters, mothers, and grandmothers! Men too
