Have you ever seen those bejeweled picture frames at the expensive import stores? Why not create your own? Pick up some odds and ends or junk lots of vintage jewelry. Buy some inexpensive picture frames. Take a wire cutter and clip off the clips or backings of the jewelry and use a hot glue gun to adhere the jewels to the frame. You can use rhinestone earrings, pins of all sorts, glass or Lucite beads from necklaces, charms, you name it! Get creative, use colors that you love and voila, you have a piece of art! This makes a wonderful gift.
Why not take some plain napkin rings and bejewel those? The holidays are here and what a great hostess gift that would make!
