Discouraged by the relatively high prices for G Scale models in the UK (the old rule of if its a dollar in the USA it will cost a Euro in Mainland Europe and a pound in the UK is invariably near the mark - we really are "rip-off" Britain) I started to import stuff from the USA. It's not for thr faint-hearted with massive shipping and freight charges not to mention Customs Duty and VAT to contend with but it's fun. I then started to supply fellow modellers  who would rather not get involved in the importing game via Ebay which eventually led to me having my own hobby website domains at www.gtrains.net/store and http://www.gtrainsstore.com. I have recently added a third site: www.gscaleonline.co.uk devoted exclusively to G Scale at discount prices.

We can supply an expanding range of G Scale (45mm Gauge) models suitable for the Garden Layout from well known manufacturers including LGB, Bachmann, Aristo-craft, USA Trains, Piko, Pola,  Hartland, etc. Our catalogue also includes a selection of models in the smaller scales including On30, HO and occasionally N Scale.

I believe we invariably offer some, if not, the lowest prices in the UK and hundreds of customers have already commented on the quality of our products and the excellent standard of service we strive to provide.

Please note that we do not have a shop but supply by mail order although you are welcome to call in by arrangement to collect previously ordered goods. Nearly all our products are brand new but we do occasionally offer second-hand goods at sensible prices.
