This keychain has one long dangle that has "Rose" Pink Swarovski Crystals, a nice big Mother of Pearl carved shell flower, a glass heart with the pink ribbon logo and a Bali gold HOPE ribbon.
With this dangle there are 2 shorter charms hanging on your heart which are very useful to separate your keys! They are solid Bali gold, a solid angel and a gorgeous flower. And, they are double sided!
