Oh how I wish you could see how much fire and sparkle these gems have! I have entered oodles of photos to try and show you all the sparkles but be assured, only about 1/4 of the sparkles are showing in my photos.
These gems have a purple name but also look black or dark blue. In daylight or under a lamp they are a deep rich purple genuine gemstone. But they also has a black or dark navy blue hue to it too. It is called "Purplestone" but you can wear it with purple, black or navy blues and the gems will take on the color you wear.

The flat squares are drilled so that they overlap at their corners of each square. They are 20mm large in the center and get smaller to 10mm. I finished this all the way around your neck with 6mm rounds and attached 3" of sterling silver chain links by attaching 2 - Swarovski purple 8mm crystals at each end.
I used a large 13mm, sterling silver lobster claw clasp and wired 3 crystal, beaded dangles to drape down your back with the bright silver chain!
Please note: As shown in the photos, this has a front and a back due to the fact that one of the flat gems has a 24mm (barely noticeable) scratch on it. The squares are very moveable and if worn very tightly the scratch won't show but if spread out wider, it will so, just reverse it and put the scratch to your skin where no one will notice. If you were being photographed, the camera might pick up the scratch were the naked eyes can barely see it, so watch for it when you put it on and then forget about it because this is a beautiful piece that you will be proud to show off in!
