*The silver poofy heart IS Silver but I took it from a silver heart bracelet sold by QVC. My receipt and the toggle on the QVC bracelet shows .925 silver but each heart is not stamped with the silver content. It tarnishes like silver...It is silver.

A word about Bali, Tibetan, German silver and/or gold. These types of metals are not required by law to disclose their gold or silver content therefor you will not find a stamping like .925 silver or 14kt gold on the beads, charm holders, clasps, etc.
