A VERY BASIC DESIGN, going back millenia - it is even mentioned in the Bible! The pendant is a beautifully polished piece of  ONYX, roughly carved into a "HORN" - the ancient symbol of fertility and strength; artistically captured for suspension by a harness of gold-clad silver wire. we are providing it here with a regal GOLD-clad Sterling Silver chain; 25" x 2.0mm.  

The pendant has a total weight of 3.69 grams. Approximate measurements are 0.362" (9.0mm) across by 1.320" (33.0mm) high. The wire is gold-over-silver, but has no inscription as to purity. The chain is Italian-made Sterling Silver BOX style with GOLD overlay (no indication of purity). It is fully 25 inches long and the links are 2.0mm wide, and weighs 13.50 grams.
