Revising Your Active Auctiva Listings

Introduction

You can now revise your live eBay listings through your Auctiva account by using our Revise Live Listings Tool. You can use this tool to revise up to 250 listings at a time.

Instructions

Step 1. Load your Auctiva Active Listings page.

Step 2. Select listing(s).

  • Mark the checkbox next to the thumbnail of the listing(s) you want to edit.

Note: You can edit an entire page at one time up to 250 listings.

  • Click the Bulk Revise button in the upper left corner.

Step 3. Revise your listing.

  • Select the field you want to revise using the drop-down menu provided. You can edit a listing's Buy It Now price, duration, description, start price, subtitle, reserve price, title, item condition, domestic handling time, PayPal e-mail address and return policy.

Note: Your ability to change some listing details depends on the amount of time the listing has left and bids or sales the item has received. For more information about this eBay policy, click here.

  • Make your revisions. In the "Find this matching text" box, enter the text you want to replace in a listing. In the "Replace with this text" box, enter the appropriate text.

Note: Text entered in the "Find this matching text" box must match the current live listing exactly.

  • Click the Continue button.

Step 4. Confirm changes.

  • Review the pending changes. Verify that the checkboxes are marked next to the listings you want revised, and click the Confirm Changes button if you are satisfied with your changes.

    You will see a Revise Active Listings Summary when the revision is complete. This will show the edited field and the changes made to it. Errors will also be listed here, along with their eBay item number. Successfully revised listings will also be shown.

    Your changes will be saved and posted to your live listing almost immediately. This concludes this tutorial on editing live listings.

    How to Revise Live Listings' Domestic Handling Time

    Step 1. Load your Auctiva Active Listings page.

    Step 2. Select your listing(s).

    • Mark the checkbox next to the thumbnail of the listing(s) you want to edit.

    Note: You can edit an entire page at one time up to 250 listings.

    • Click the Bulk Revise button in the upper left corner.

    Step 3. Revise handling time.

    • Choose "Domestic Handling Time" from the drop-down menu provided. You can revise all your handling times, or you can revise listings with a specific handling time by using the drop-down menu provided.
    • Specify the new handling time using the drop-down menu provided. Click the Continue button.

    Step 4. Confirm changes.

    • Review the changes displayed in your Revised Active Listings Summary. Click the Confirm Changes button.

    Your active listings will now display your new handling time.

    Remember, you can revise your active listings at any time by returning to your Auctiva Active Listings page.
