How do I synchronize payment and shipped status with My eBay?
-
Your Auctiva/eBay/PayPal payment and shipping information is automatically synchronized on your eBay Sales page when available (some events such as cleared eChecks cannot be reconciled in real time).
However, when you mark an item as "shipped" directly on eBay, or print a label on eBay, the tracking icon on the Sales page in Auctiva will not automatically be updated. You must click the tracking icon to update the information within your Auctiva account.

Why are my combined transactions not displayed as such on the Sales page?
-
The most likely reason your combined transactions are not showing up as such on your Auctiva Sales page is that you have not set your eBay account to combine payments.
To combine payments on eBay:
-
Go to your My eBay page on ebay.com.
-
Click on the My Account tab.
-
Select "Site Preferences."
-
Under "Shipping Preferences" click the Edit button to the right of "Offer combined payments and shipping."
-
Make your changes and click Save.

Can I process my multi-channel sales via Auctiva?
-
Yes! We support sales management for eBay, and Amazon sales are coming soon! Whenever you process your orders via Auctiva, we automatically send the data straight back to the marketplace it originated from so that your buyer receives the notification that their order is on its way!
Directly from your Auctiva Sales page you can review and process your sales. Here are some of the sales management features we offer:
- Check rates, purchase and print discounted USPS shipping labels. As we provide integrated USPS shipping labels, you do not need an USPS account. Instead, you can simply purchase them at a discounted price directly from your Auctiva account!
- Set up Auto-Insurance Rules to help streamline the after-the-sale processes and protect your shipments. Or buy discounted shipping insurance for a single order only as you need it.
- Add or update tracking information, print packing slips and even leave feedback for your eBay buyers.

What happens when I get a sale? Is the quantity updated across all channels, and how fast?
-
Yes. As long as you have the Auto-Synced Quantity setting enabled and that product SKU is also listed on another channel, the quantities will be synchronized automatically. Meaning, the quantity available will be updated across all linked channels whenever a sale or an edit occurs.
The quantity synchronization occurs as soon as possible; generally taking 5-15 minutes to complete, however depending on your product volume it may take a bit longer.

Can I email my customers?
-
Yes, you can email previous eBay customers! We offer a Custom Newsletter email marketing feature for eBay, to anyone subscribed to a Multi-Channel plan, however this is not available for Amazon customers. Here’s how it works:
- Go to your Custom Newsletter management page within your Auctiva account.
- Click the “Get Started” button and by following the 5 easy steps, create your seller newsletter invitation email.
- Create a custom message that explains what your newsletter is about and invite them to subscribe. Select up to 7 eBay listings you want to promote in your invitation email and click the “Send” button to send an invitation out to all of your recent eBay buyers.
- Wait a few days, and then go back to your Custom Newsletter management page and check your “Subscriber List”.
- Once you’ve built up your subscriber list, you can then send out a custom newsletter promoting up to 12 of your top eBay listings and send it out to whoever is subscribed. At any time buyers subscribed to your newsletter can unsubscribe, so be sure to put meaningful, enticing and relevant information in your newsletters that will keep buyers interested and coming back to your store.
