What is MoreCommerce?

MoreCommerce is a managed marketplace solution. When you list on MoreCommerce, not only do your listings get published on the exclusive MoreCommerce marketplaces (OpenSky, Dot&Bo and 11 Main), but you also gain access to the MoreCommerce partner network of major shopping destinations such as Walmart, Wish, Google Shopping, Houzz, Sears and more!
MoreCommerce gives you the ability to expand sales to new marketplaces without all the added effort. You simply list items to MoreCommerce and our MoreCommerce team will get you any and all sales they can from their network of 12+ partnered marketplaces. Rather than registering for 12+ different marketplaces, and having to learn 12+ marketplace selling policies and manage listings across 12+ different marketplaces, you simply list to MoreCommerce, follow the MoreCommerce seller policies and manage your MoreCommerce listings. Selling on MoreCommerce means you manage 1 channel, but that 1 new channel gives you the opportunity to receive sales from 12+ marketplaces.

Exclusively through Auctiva’s Professional and Enterprise plans, you can join MoreCommerce without paying a seperate MoreCommerce subscription fee! This offer is only available through Auctiva. Additionally, Auctiva’s integration with MoreCommerce is completely centralized. All listing, inventory management and order processing is available in your Auctiva account, so you can manage your MoreCommerce listings and orders, alongside your other selling channels.

How do I join MoreCommerce?
-
- Subscribe to either Auctiva’s Professional or Enterprise plan. Please note: If you’re upgrading from one of Auctiva’s grandfathered plans, you will be guided through a 5 step onboarding process in order to convert the interface from a divided listing experience to an easy to use, centralized listing management experience (no more active, saved or ended listings, all listings are on one centralized page, that clearly shows which of your listings are active, inactive or draft on a particular channel).
- Next, create your MoreCommerce account from the Auctiva “My Selling Channels” page.
- Enter in your MoreCommerce seller details and then post your eligible listings to MoreCommerce with a single click or individually, whichever you prefer.
- Our MoreCommerce team will review your store and products. It may take 2 to 3 days for your store and listings to be approved.
- Let the sales roll in.
- All MoreCommerce sales will be shown and processed directly from the Auctiva sales page.
- You’ll receive MoreCommerce payouts twice per month. It’s really that simple.

What are the MoreCommerce policies and fees?

Fees: MoreCommerce is an added benefit of Auctiva’s Enterprise and Professional plans, meaning when you sign up for MoreCommerce from within your Auctiva account, you do not have to pay for a separate MoreCommerce subscription! However, there is a 15% commission applied and a standard 3% payment processing fee only when MoreCommerce gets you the sale. You do not pay anything to list your products. Only in the case you do not uphold the MoreCommerce Merchant Agreement, a penalty fee may be deducted from your payout. You can review all MoreCommerce Violation and Penalty fees here.

How do I list items to MoreCommerce?

To list on MoreCommerce, go to Auctiva’s 1-Page Lister and activate the MoreCommerce toggle. Doing this will display visual cues on the lister page, highlighting the required product information you need to provide in order to list that item on MoreCommerce. You can do this for your already existing products, or when adding new products.

How do I process my MoreCommerce orders?

All MoreCommerce sales are displayed and processed from your Auctiva Sales page. From the sales page you can view, purchase and print discounted USPS Shipping Labels and Shipping Insurance. If you prefer to purchase shipping labels from a different source you can do so, but you will need to upload that tracking number to the MoreCommerce order from Auctiva’s Sales page. How do I know if I have a MoreCommerce order?

Every time you get an order from MoreCommerce, Auctiva will email you with the order details, so you can process the order and get it on its way. You’ll be able to print packing slips and shipping labels for those orders from your Auctiva account.

Will my listing's quantity be adjusted across marketplaces when an item sells on MoreCommerce?

Yes. If your Auctiva product is using Auto-Synced Quantity, when one of your items sells on MoreCommerce, we will decrease the appropriate quantity from your other marketplace listings and vise versa.

When does MoreCommerce deposit my payouts?
-
MoreCommerce deposits payouts twice per month, generally on the 15th and last day of each month. If the 15th or last day of a calendar month falls on a non-business day or on a MoreCommerce observed holiday, any outstanding transfers may be initiated on the next business day.
