You can update your inventory across all marketplaces directly from your Auctiva Product Catalog by using the Bulk Actions tool. You can also use the CSV Bulk Editor if you need to make edits to thousands of products at once.

You can manage your variation products in Auctiva just as you would any other product. On your Auctiva Product Catalog, you’ll see a parent product that represents and stores all of your variant product information.
Simply go to your Product Catalog page, locate your variant listing and use the “variations” down arrow to expand the variation details.

Yes. As long as you have the Auto-Synced Quantity setting enabled, the quantities will be synchronized anytime you make a sale. Simply put, the quantity available will be updated across all linked channels automatically, whenever a sale or edit occurs.

The quantity synchronization occurs as soon as possible; generally taking 5-15 minutes to complete, however depending on your product volume it may take a bit longer.

With Auctiva's Centralized Inventory management feature, you don't have to manage independent listings any more. If you have matching SKUs across marketplaces Auctiva will make a single "unified" product for you, giving you the power to manage 1 simple product. Any edits you make to that product will automatically update the marketplace listings for you.
