How do I create a new listing and post it to all channels at the same time?
-
Say goodbye to repetitive work and use the 1-Page Lister to quickly create a new listing and post it to all linked channels at the same time. Here’s an overview of the process:
- Go to the Multi-Channel 1-Page Lister in your Auctiva account.
- Type in the product title, ASIN or GTIN (UPC, EAN, ISBN or MPN) of the product you want to start selling.
- Select the product that represents the one you’re selling. Notice all of the product information is pre-populated for you!
- Next, fill out the remaining listing details specific to your listing, such as the quantity available, the price, shipping details etc... Take note that you also have the option to use one of our mobile-responsive Listing Template designs for your eBay listing.
- Use the “Channel Override” options if you’d like to specify specific information for a particular channel. For example, say you wanted to sell your product on Amazon $2 cheaper than the other channels. You’d simply click to add a Channel Override for “Price” and select the Amazon option, then input the list price you want reflected on your Amazon listing. The base price (non-channel override price) will be used for all other channels.
- Lastly, review your product information, activate the toggle for each channel you want to post the product to, and then click the submit button; it’s that easy. One place, one page, one solution.
