You may have read about changes the U.S. Postal Service will make to Priority Mail and Express Mail services, and wondered if these might affect the way you use Auctiva to list on eBay.
We want to reassure you that, after the USPS changes take effect on July 28, you can continue to list with Auctiva using the shipping services you prefer, and insure your items the way you choose.
Here are some facts to know about the upcoming changes.
What does this mean for listings?
You can continue selecting your current shipping service as you create listings in Auctiva.

What does this mean for insuring shipments?
Auctiva Shipping Insurance is still the easiest way for eBay sellers to protect their items, with great coverage and easy online claims. That won't change, says Rebecca Miller, Auctiva.com product manager.
"We will continue to provide the easiest insurance coverage to help our customers keep their shipments protected," she says. "Take advantage of our auto-insure rules to cover only the items you want to cover. It's easy, and it automates the process so you can focus on other things."
Take a moment to double-check your insurance settings in your Auctiva account, and make sure your items are getting the coverage you want. Mouse over the My Account tab and select "Auctiva Shipping Ins." from the drop-down menu. If you make any changes to your settings, be sure to click the blue Save Settings button at the bottom of the page.
And remember, you can always buy insurance one policy at a time if you want to have more control over how your eBay shipments are insured. Learn more about Auctiva Shipping Insurance in this video tutorial.
